Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Order and Direct Deposit as forms of payment. Money Orders must be received within 7 working days and Direct Deposits within 2 working days or orders will be cancelled without notice. Please note that orders will not be packaged until payment is received.
If you wish to pay by Credit Card, but are unsure of entering your details online, please select Money Order as your form of payment and note your intentions in the comments field. We will then contact you for your Credit Card details when your order is being packaged.
Out-of-stock Items
Whilst every effort is made to keep stock levels accurate on the website some items may be out-of -stock due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event that an ordered item is out-of-stock the cost will be deleted from your order and the total amended or a refund cheque sent if pre-payment was made.
Returns, Shortages and Damaged Stock
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order of any shortages or damaged stock and we will happily correct the situation. All returns must be received within 14 working days. We do not return or refund stock if you simply change your mind.
Packaging
Orders are normally packed and posted within 24 hours of being made. Please allow standard Australia Post delivery times to receive your order. All orders are packaged with maximum care to ensure that items are received in the best possible condition. In doing so we are no responsible for any damage caused by Australia Post negligence and processes.
PLEASE NOTE: All specials listed on the Scrapbook Fantasies website are for website orders only, not for in-store orders/shopping.
Postage (within Australia)
We send all orders via Australia Post and charge a maximum rate of $7.95. If your order costs less than this to post we will reimburse (ie not charge) you the difference. Flat rate shipping excludes wooden items, albums, storage and other bulky items - which will be charged at the actual Australia Post rate.
Postage (International)
We charge the actual postage costs for International orders. We will email you with the exact cost for your approval prior to sending your order.
